Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Cute Dragon (“Cute Dragon,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the App. Cute Dragon is a gamified focus and productivity app where completing tasks and focus sessions helps your virtual dragon grow.

We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

Information We Collect

Account and authentication information

• Guest Mode: You can use the App without providing an email address. Guest Mode creates an anonymous user identifier and authentication session so we can provide the App’s core features.
• Registered accounts: If you create or connect an account, we may receive your email address, user identifier, authentication-provider identifier, and basic account information made available by Google or Apple. Apple may provide a private relay email address if you choose that option.

We do not store your account password in the App.

App content and progress

We process information you create or generate in the App, such as task titles and details, focus-session records, completion status, XP and level progress, dragon name and characteristics, onboarding selections, and app preferences. Some information is stored locally on your device, and information needed for account features and syncing is processed by our backend and cloud provider.

Support requests

When you contact support in the App, we process the category, message, contact email, your authenticated user identifier, and technical context such as app version, build number, platform, operating-system version, locale, and time zone. Our server may process your IP address for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. Support requests may be routed to Discord, which our team uses to handle support messages.

Device, usage, and diagnostic information

Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may process app-instance or device identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, timestamps, screen and feature interactions, crash reports, stack traces, and related diagnostics. Our servers and service providers may also automatically process IP addresses and request metadata to operate and secure the Services.

Local storage and notifications

The App stores certain settings, cached content, session information, and progress on your device. Sensitive credentials and encryption keys are stored using platform-protected storage where available. Optional focus and reminder notifications are scheduled on your device after you grant notification permission.
