Terms of Service for Focus Dragon

Welcome! Thank you for using Focus Dragon! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Focus Dragon mobile application (the “App” or “Services”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Focus Dragon. If you are under 13, you may not use the App.

Accounts

You may use the App:

• Without an account: All data (tasks, projects, dragon progress) is stored locally on your device.
• With an account: This enables syncing, backup, and access across multiple devices (requires email sign-up).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create in the App, including tasks, notes, projects, checklists, and dragon progress (“User Content”).

By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, back up, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
