Welcome

Thank you for using Cute Dragon. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cute Dragon mobile application (the “App” or “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cute Dragon. The App is not directed to children under 13.

Accounts and Guest Mode

You can use Cute Dragon in Guest Mode without providing an email address. Guest Mode creates an anonymous authentication session and identifier so the App can provide its core features. You may also create or connect an account using email, Google, or Apple to access account-based features and syncing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and progress you create in the App, including tasks, focus-session records, dragon details, and support messages (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, back up, and display User Content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
• upload or transmit malware or harmful code;
• abuse the support system, including by sending spam or attempting to bypass rate limits; or
• reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App’s source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, our users, or comply with law.
